1.How to identify real mean well product ?

There have two official and convenient methods to identify:
Method 1: Check carefully of the brand Logo on products, Original Brand is 'Mean Well', not 'MiWi' 'MeanWell' 'MingWei' etc.
Method 2: Search the product codes on Mean Well official website to confirm it. Because every real Mean Well Product have an unique codes and you could download the QC report documents online. 
(pls inquiry our sales if you are not clearly how to search it online)

2.What should to do if the products can not work?

Step1: Stop installation or production immdiately and feedback our sales engieer.
Step2: Take pictures or video to show the working situation and environment to us.
Step3: Note products codes of the problem products. 
Solutions:
We will confirm the products problem and feedback to you within 24 hours
If it’s the using problem, we will teach you the right using method until to solve the problem.
If it’s exactly products problem, pls send back the defect products to us and we will repair them for free.
If defect goods quantity or goods value are very small, please feedback to our sales, consider the expensive shipping cost,  we could send the new products in your next order to replace them for free.

Notes: 
To avoid the products problem impact your production, we suggest you purchase extra 2-3 pieces as safe stocks.

3.What’s the Lead Time?

For regular models such as most of LRS, LPV, DR, MDR, HLG, ELG series, order could be ready 1-2 working days once payment done.
For special models, pls inquiry our sales engineer to check the inventory status:
If inventory available, order could be ready 5-7 working days once payment done.
If inventory not available, need 35-40 days production time once payment done.
Notes: 
The validity of Mean Well products inventory is 3 working days, pls confirm order as soon as possible.
(Because Mean Well products inventory are facing customers all over the world, the inventory status are changing everyday)

4.What’s the payment term for mass order?

You could select Trade Assurance online to get 100% guarantee for your orders.
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance payment before shipping is available.
L/C(Letter of Credit) Payment term is also available if order amount > 10,000 USD
O/A(On Account) Payment term: we could support 30 days credit for long term cooperated customers.
